Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans (Doctors/Clinics)

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Plan Manager. The cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro/Standard features until that date.

Refunds:

Subscription fees typically are non-refundable. However, if a technical error results in a double charge, a full refund for the duplicate amount will be initiated within 5-7 working days.

2. Patient Appointments

Cancellations:

Patients can cancel appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled time directly through the patient dashboard.

Refunds:

If an appointment involves a pre-paid consultation fee:

  • If cancelled by the doctor: A 100% full refund will be processed.
  • If cancelled by the patient within the allowed window: A refund will be processed (platform fees may be deducted).
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days.

3. Processing

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI) used during the transaction.
